This application does not guarantee participation. Beverly Hills Law Partners reviews all applicants and may decline or discontinue participation at its discretion. Participation is governed by the Attorney Participation Agreement.

  • Keep the short disclaimer visible on the page (not hidden behind a link), close to the submit button.
  • Store a timestamped record of each submission and the consent given, in case you ever need to show that consent was obtained.
  • Use the same consent wording in your form’s confirmation email so the user has a copy.
